About Me

I have been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2012. Until October 2016, I worked part time in addition to a full time job as a business analyst. In October 2016, I took the leap into full time bodywork.  I recently moved back to Athens, Georgia, where I am from.  I have started to build a practice and am thrilled to be back "home"!  My experience includes several modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, prenatal, hot stones, sports massage, and medical massage.  I have mentored with a medical massage therapist and plan to advance my education in that area.  In my experience, I have found that massage is underrated as both a preventative therapy as well as a treatment protocol.  I hope that you will discover that massage therapy is a necessity that has been mistaken as a luxury for far too long!  Please call or text to book your appointment with me today.  I look forward to working with you!
